Eligibility
Five checks run before anything is ranked. A role that fails one is excluded and the reason is recorded, so an exclusion is never silent.
- Work authorisation and sponsorship, against the status you confirmed
- Location and remote policy, against where you can actually work
- Graduation timing, so you are not shown roles that started six months ago
- Seniority, so a role asking for eight years does not crowd out the ones that fit
- US security clearance requirements, excluded when you do not hold one
- When a posting simply does not say, that stays 'unknown' -- it is never scored as a pass

A fit score you can take apart, not a number you have to trust.
- Skills, role title, seniority and industry each contribute a visible share

- What is worth knowing against it, stated rather than hidden

Tailor
Every draft starts from your resume, and stops where your resume stops.
- Reads your resume once into structured experience, education and skills
- Writes a resume summary aimed at that specific posting
- Drafts a cover letter when the employer asks for one
- Drafts answers to the posting's own screening questions
- Generates your resume as a PDF, fresh for each application
- Remembers an answer you have written before, so you never retype it
- Drops anything the model produced that your resume does not support

Apply
The browser extension fills the employer's real form, then tells you exactly what it could not do.
- Works on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby application forms
- Text fields, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes and Yes/No questions
- Attaches your resume to the employer's file upload
- Answers work-authorisation and sponsorship questions from your confirmed profile
- Checks its own work afterwards and reports field by field what is outstanding
- Detects a CAPTCHA and hands the form back rather than attempting it
- Auto Apply submits for you when you opt in, within limits you set

Track
One place that opens on the thing that needs you.

What it refuses to do.
These are limits in the code, not intentions. An application that misrepresents you is worse than no application at all, and a form MarketMate answered dishonestly is one you would have to defend in an interview.
- It will not invent a skill, a job, a degree or an accomplishment you do not have.
- It will not answer demographic, race, gender, veteran-status or disability questions.
- It will not tick a legal acknowledgement or attestation on your behalf.
- It will not solve a CAPTCHA or pretend to be a different browser.
- It will not guess. A question it cannot answer truthfully comes back to you.
